I was thinking about replacing my 7 year old Marks and Spencer sofa and armchair. The upholstery had suffered badly with dye transfer, and I'd not been that impressed with the results of a previous clean by a Bridgnorth based company a few years previously (and that was without the blue jeans stains! )

I sent photos to Telford and Shropshire Carpet Cleaning via Facebook, and was told that the chances of getting the dye out were good - and the price quoted seemed fair.

On the day, turned up on time, well equiped, explained what they were going to do, did it, and showed me the results in the form of some of the cleaning liquid extracted from the sofa.

48 hours later, everything is dry, everything looks brand new. Can't fault em, would use again. More...

Our suite was 12 years old and decidedly grubby looking. I didn't realise how grubby it had become until it had been cleaned. A huge amount of dirt was removed by Stuart and his machine. The suite looks SO much better now.

I chose Telford and Shropshire Carpet Cleaning as their rating was excellent. I was not let down at all. Punctual, polite and generally pleasant to deal with. The carpets were in a pretty rancid state prior to being cleaned, I was doubtful the results were going to be good. However, they were cleaned to a very high standard, each carpet looking as new and with professional equipment. I contacted Telford & Shropshire Carpet Cleaning to do a whole house clean after tenants had vacated the property. The tenants had pets and a full clean was required.
From the first contact the service was second to none. Prompt appointment at a convenient time, a very thorough clean and because they use a system that removes most of the moisture the carpets were dry within a day.

Telford and Shropshire Carpet Cleaning came to clean my sofas. Stuart did a brilliant job. He explained the process thoroughly and alleviated any fears I had about it altering the pile of the fabric. The sofas are 24 years old and never been shampooed before. The end result was fantastic, beyond anything I had expected, they looked like new !
