Booking Nathan was plain sailing, I told him what was happening, we arranged a mutual time and day and he kept me updated on his journey to me. Within 30 minutes he'd checked out my system, corrected the broadband password and identified that the wifi range extenders I'd installed were actually doing more harm than helping. So, broadband was restored using a simpler set-up and I was so pleased I'd found his details online. Most repair companies charge additional costs on top of replacement parts for devices. We do not, all we charge is the exact price of part (which can be shown to the customers) and fitting charges.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, we provide remote support using TeamViewer. This is an easier option for some issues that you may be experiencing instead of us receiving the device and repairing.
This will also allow us to see the issue that you are having instead of trying to find the issue.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
- We no longer offer a onsite repair, only collect/return & remote support service.
- For you to drop off or collect a device from us, we have implemented a 30 minute time slow window for this to happen to prevent more than 1 person coming to us at the same time.
- The only thing we need from you is your device & charger.
Secure IT Disposal
We can arrange for collection of your old IT Hardware, dispose of correctly, regardless of what it is.
All data is wiped using Ministry of Defence Standards.
