I phoned Darryl at Techno- G after finding his number on Yell. I wanted help for my elderly Dad to set up his wifi on his desktop PC. Darryl was straight and honest with me and offered me a simple and inexpensive solution over the phone. No call out was required so Darryl benefitted nothing from the time he gave me but his advice was priceless to my 90 year old Dad who relies on his computer. Honestly one of the best services I have ever had in a long time when it came to dealing with technical issues with my computer. I was having some real problems with my PC for a while now and was refferd to Techno-G. So efficient I literally made a call and in less than 24h my computer was as good as new. Bought a laptop computer from curry's and with that also had an anything happens policy for three years where they would fix my computer whatever happens. My computer had just been to fix and a week later crashed. As luck would have it my subscription with curry's had just ran out and they wouldn't fix my computer unless I renewed for another year. I called techno-G having heard about him from a friend. He picked up my computer and had it back to me and repaired the next day. He also gave me advice on antivirus programs that I should have installed as I didn't have any. Overall he was a great person to deal with and I would definitely use his services again. In our business we were in the process of upgrading and purchasing a new machine to handle our media editing and new demands. Normally in the past we have a combination of Macs and PCs for specific needs.We decided to try out of the machines from Techno G. After having a host of dud 'super' machines in the past, this has been refreshingly great. Very fast, very efficient. Darrell has been of amazing help. My computer was broken so he came the same day to get it and have a look. Unfortunately, the machine was completely broken and there was nothing he could do so he brought it back the next day, no fees whatsoever and he explained loads of things about my home Internet and my computer, all for free. He likes what he does, and that I appreciate. Darrell also told me that I could contact him in case I had any questions (which I did) and he replied straight away with a valuable answer. This problem was handled immediately over the phone. Pressing all the buttons for 20 seconds with the mains disconnected restored the printer to factory settings and problem solved! I owe this gentleman a drink!

I brought in my laptop that's was full of viruses, taking ages to turn on. To load anything was virtually useless as it would take 30 to load a webpage. Generally contracting a viruses can happen many ways which include surfing an unsecure webpage opening an unrecognised email etc. However the important thing to do, is to try to stop or restrict it spreading

Diagnostic / Component Replacement / Upgrade (parts not incl in price) £35
The unexpected failing of a component can happen randomly, although it may be a simple to replace for us. It will also, be in your best interest, to make sure your system is not clogged up with dust. Maintaining a dust free system, will help the longevity of your system as a whole.

Disaster Recovery £35
A recovery of your system will mean getting your machine back up and running with data still present. However some of your software will need to be reinstalled or downloaded again.
(Service incl: disk error check, health check, memory test, Hard drive test, disk cleanup, hard drive defragmentation and backup recommendations)
Laptop Screen/Accessory Repair (Parts not included in price) £35
All laptop parts repair, require laptop make model, as well as screen or part type, will have to be identified first before part can be ordered or any work takes place. All screens will be a direct replacement, unless we have been told otherwise.
Data recovery £35
The recovery of you data is very important and we understand it is a distressing situation. We will be able to remove you lost information from an internal hard drive or external device.
Remote Support £20
No matter your location or time, we will help resolve your fault: virus, mailware, adware, slow computer and even software conflicts. (Please be aware that Chrome Remote Desktop will needed to be downloaded and installed).
