Ashely at TechFix is nothing less than a ledgend. I sent in a mail in Nintendo switch for him to repair he kept me at ease throughout the process fixed the issue within 1 hour of receiving the device be also rectified a further two issues as he spotted them. Fully reset the switch & tested it prior to sending it back top mam top company. Will be reccomending him over & over again ! Inquired for some advise on a repair I was looking to undertake myself and not through TechFix on the chance I would get the info I needed. ..to my surprise Ash came back to me instantly going more than out of his way to advise me on the repair, what issue I could have and what to be careful of and not once tried to get me to use him instead.Thanks to him I now feel comfortable with the repair. If this is the level of service given for just advise then I can only assume he surpasses this with his repair jobs.Have enquired since about a few items I was looking at getting repaired and despite not yet booking this in his prices can’t be faulted at all.
