Charmaine is just lovely and will always try to help out at a minute’s notice. Very friendly and totally reliable. It’s such a relief to know my cat can stay in the comfort of her own home and have someone visit her who actually loves animals. Would highly recommend.

Charmaine at Star Paws came and fed my 2 cats at quite short notice . She came and met them before feeding them and I felt they would be in safe hands.
Charmaine has excellent customer service and kept me informed of how my cats were after she fed them . I will definitely be using again when I need some help with my fluff balls .

After moving to Epsom I was worried about finding a new dog walker for our mini schnauzer, but Charmaine made the whole process so easy and I'm so glad we found her. Peggy loves her walks - I've been home sometimes to see how excited she gets when Charmaine arrives.
