Our friend was taken ill in Lewes and in no state to get the train home to Plumpton. Seeing someone unwell is always a concern for a taxi driver but once we explained the situation the driver got our friend in the car and back home safely, helping him to the door as he was unsteady on his feet. He also took the time to call me back to let me know our friend was back home which was an unexpected but very much appreciated touch. Fantastic service. More...
