What do you love most about your job?
The most enjoyable part of the job for me is meeting local small businesses and helping them grow. I like to listen to clients plans for the future. I am a people’s person and enjoy chatting with clients and getting to understand their needs. Many of my clients I now class as friends who now just pop into our shop front for a chat, normally nothing to do with business and Accounts.

What inspired you to start your own business?
After spending more than a decade working in finance and accounting within the NHS and in industry, Chartered Accountant Kully decided it was time to work for himself. After seeing growing numbers of new businesses starting up and speaking to businesses in Quinton, Edgbaston, Harborne, the Jewellery Quarter and Digbeth, Kully realised that there was a need for a service specifically tailored to small businesses, to guide new start-ups and provide ongoing support to existing businesses. He commented:
