We are a recruitment agency based in Croydon, London - with a focus on Digital and Sales Recruitment.

We are a business with a social mission - to create sustainable employment opportunities within our own company that lead to successful careers for people who would otherwise be marginalised within the job market. Our trainees will learn from experienced recruiters, and begin their recruitment career in a supportive environment.

Our social mission impacts everything we do. In practice this means:

We believe the recruitment industry is perfect for our model. When starting out, attitude and approach are the most important things - we can teach the rest.

Our staff who are new to the industry will be guided by a small team of experienced recruiters and our founders, who bring years of experience in the recruitment and social change sectors. We are currently building this platform since launching the business earlier this year.

We use our thorough knowledge of how the recruitment industry operates and combine that with the passion, drive, and ideas that are required to do things better. We love bringing together amazing companies and exceptional candidates within the Technology, Creative and Digital space.

We don’t just want to fill roles and hit needless KPIs, we are looking to improve what works in recruitment and change what doesn’t - resulting in excellent customer service, great value for money and long-term business relationships built on trust.

We're also a start-up, and understand the pressures and pitfalls that all young businesses face. When a new hire could make or break the company, getting it wrong isn't an option.

We are based in the emerging tech hub of Croydon - home to a fast-growing community of tech, digital and creative start ups and an area that has been dubbed the Silicon Valley of south London.
