Went to see Steve for lower back pain. my pain would stop me doing a lot of things , however with Steve's help and treatment I am pain free and the daily exercises he gave me is keeping it that way. thanks Steve

Just over 4 months ago, I had a full knee replacement. I was looking forward to a time when I could start getting out walking again. Shortly after starting the walks, I somehow injured the outside area of my foot, which made walking very painful. I contacted Fairways and within a couple of days, had a consultation with Steve. After a short chat and examination, he quickly diagnosed the problem and treated the problem immediately. After 4 visits the pain had gone! I've attended circa ten sessions with Deep, following referral from my health care provider. Having identified two very tender areas of muscle on each side of my pelvis (one of which was in spasm! ) she has applied a wide range of techniques - from massage to dry needling - and I'm so pleased that the constant discomfort is no more! Along with being very knowledgeable, Deep is a lovely person and I'll miss our weekly catch up. I'll be continuing with exercises at home and visiting the clinic for maintenance every couple of months, with no hesistation of recommending to others. More...

After recent Knee replacement surgery. I was keen to get back out walking again. A couple of weeks after resuming the walks, I injured the outside of my left foot, making walking very painful. I contacted Fairways and had an appointment within a couple of days. After a chat and examination with Steve, he diagnosed the problem and set to work.. and after 4 visits for treatment, I'm all fixed! I had been suffering from lower back pain for two years, when I started experiencing nerval pain down my back leg. It is then that I contacted Fairways Physio. Their intake interview was very thorough and they listened to every detail of my symptoms. I was booked in for my first session almost immediately. Throughout the sessions, the therapist was professional and explained what was being done and why. Each week, I felt my back being in less and less pain. The Physio in Tamworth is easy to find with a choice of 4 car parks very close by. I was greeted by the lovely Deepshikha who took notes and decided on the best course of action for my knee problem. After each session I improved more than the time before but as my injury couldn’t be fixed this time Deepshikha decided rightly that I should see a specialist and possibly return for some more physio in the future. Had an issue with Achilles injury. Was recommended by a friend. Found Steve to be excellent in both his treatment of the injury and his friendly manner. I have been suffering with back problems for as long as i can remember and seen many physios, chiropractors and oestopaths. More recently i have been suffering with my knees and surgery was on the brink of being booked in. Thank goodness i found Fairways Physio! My back has significantly improved and feeling the best in a very long time. Steve also identified that i am very flat footed which in turn was causing my ankle to roll and creating a pinch point in my knees, my right knee being extremely painfull. My son put me in touch with. Steve at Fairways physio.he took my granddaughter to see Steve with a wrist problem 3 visits to Steve had sorted. I Made a appointment to see Steve for a sciatic I had for the last 12 moths ,I had lot of treatments from the n h s physo and orthaopaedic triage very little relief .First visit to Seve clinic after his examination he ruled out sciatic my problem was a old back injury after 4 visits to Steve I was able to get into my car , pull my shocks,on lots off improvement with my walk to sit was uncomfortable now it just nice to do all these thing with out discomfort I would highly recommend Steve Harris at Fairway. Utterly brilliant! I had a nasty car accident last November where my car was rear ended on the motorway leaving me with a number of injuries. Initially I was worried I'd be left with reoccurring injuries for life but over the months my therapists helped me achieve a complete recovery and I actually feel in better health than I have in many years. Deepshikha and Vita were so fantastic to deal with and I looked forward to my sessions. They focused on my health in a really holistic way and in addition to the sessions they told me exercises I could do at home and recommended activities that would support my recovery. The administrative staff are also lovely (I was always offered a warm welcome and tea or coffee). I couldn't say enough good things about this fantastic clinic-they've turned a negative into a positive for me and I will be using their services again. More...

I have suffered with backache since I was 30 and it’s been 22 years. I have been to hospitals, chiropractors and nhs referred physiotherapist. I was told about fairways and gave it a go as I was really suffering at that time and my quality of life was really affected. I couldn’t drive more than an hour without pain and a lot of everyday chores became very difficult. About a year and a half ago I went to see Steve, He assessed me and did a treatment and gradually built up the treatments and exercises he wanted me to do. I went to Steve for 8 sessions in about 5 months and I can honestly say my life has changed. I have been able to drive to London and back 4 hours in one day. I am still very careful and avoid heavy lifting but I actually managed to mow the lawn and was only in slight discomfort after. I should do my exercises everyday but I do miss at times and I should go see Steve more but I am lazy. Steve knows what he is doing and is very friendly and knowledgeable. samina More...

I attended Fairways Physio hoping to correct a very tight knee problem, in my first visit Steve gave my a comprehensive assessment and recommend a insert in my foot ware, which I have to admit ,I thought this would be a waste of time. Amazing , within 2 weeks I had more mobility, less pain and less tightness. Absolutely brilliant. Steve is very professional, very effective and has an excellent bed side manner.
