I have worked with digital marketing service providers and web designers since my studios inception in 1995 and have been disappointed every single time. .. until now!Annie Wardle, owner of “Talk Out Loud” is a super hero, a confident no nonsense professional with creative ideas and problem solving skills that are both expedient and extremely effective, a truly rare quality in her field in my opinion. What I found refreshing upon our first visit was her inquiring about what I wanted to convey and what it was that makes my business and the service I provide within its walls special. All others I’ve worked with have simple tried to bedazzle me with a list of tricks, not concerning themselves with any personalization whatsoever.She asked me to find a few examples of sites I liked or thought had the same essence I was hoping to convey about my business. I’ve always felt that design by design works much better than design by default and this was turning out to be just that! I found a perfect example and Annie got the gist immediately. We kept it simple without too many bells and whistles so it would load faster for those with dinosaur phones. The wording she chose to use in my description on the front page was perfect. I wanted it to be cookie free because although I understand how cookies are useful I didn’t think they would help find clients seeking my personalization but would target customers seeking a trending product. And besides, both me and my phone are diabetic so cookies would not be a good idea any way you look at it. She recently brought her 360° 3D camera to map the studio to record a virtual tour. Technology in this area of photography is growing very quickly but it still requires a confident user to run it. Annie is more than qualified. I’m beyond happy with the results for both my studio’s site and my personal one as well. I would’ve been willing to pay significantly more for what I’ve received so far and look forward to seeing Annie again, hearing her new ideas and telling her of mine, ones that her services and their results have sparked.
