Great service and flexibile when required. We’ve been using the service for over two months. Our big puppy looks forward to Ravi’s visits, and the application the service uses provides complete visibility to what they have done (including daily pictures). We’ve also been able to update the days we utilize the service, including the same day, when circumstances change. Communication is great - we can send a note in the morning and the comments from the walk include observations related to any concerns we have (e.g. puppy had a vaccine the night before and might not be feeling perfect). This is one of the best companies I've ever found. Matt and Randa are extremely professional and know dogs. For the last five months, I have had a daily dog walker come and spend time with my two dogs. I haven't had a single issue with doors being left unlocked or the dogs not being treated well. I can’t say enough good things about Tailchasers; they treat our dogs like family, and they have given us peace of mind when we travel. Especially with two aging dogs, with big personalities. Tailchasers is great.Matt came over to the house to help us decide on chosing him for watching our dogs.  That alone is a big decision when you think of your dogs as family. He stayed for about an hour answering all of our questions and going through our routine with us.  He and his company are very thorough and good at what they do.  I felt I could trust him and his staff to come into our house without us being home.When they are done with the visit you get an email with all of the notes from the visit and sometimes you get pictures as well of the dogs playing.This allowed us to go out late on a weekend night.  We plan on using them in the future. So far tailchasers has been fantastic! We had to find a sitter for our cat fairly last minute, but the guys at tailchasers were able to come by for a visit, meet our dog and cat and go over what they do. Essentially they come in feed your pets, walk-play with your pets and check up on your house. All for a affordable price. And all their employees are background checked and screened so you don't feel un-easy about giving access to your home.This is a great option if you have pets who don't do well when boarded as they can relax and stay in the comfort of there own home. The caregivers from Tailchasers take such excellent care of our dogs! Cali & Kaner can be quite a handful, but Matt and Randa have an excellent system that allows you to to provide exact instructions for your pets' needs and to know exactly who is caring for your pets and when. Lindsey is absolutely amazing with Cali & Kaner and sends the sweetest, most informative emails about every single visit. She truly loves our dogs and we're so lucky to have her and the other amazing caregivers Tailchasers employs. Love, love, love everyone at TailChasers! Liz has been amazing with our dogs! They love when she comes for a visit and to take them for a walk. I feel like our dogs & home are secure when I have them come visit. They will bring packages in. Owners Randa and Matt Clark are easy to work withAnd their prices competitive. The scan into your house so you are immediately notified that they are there. When they check out you get a summary of what they did on that visit and any notes, and then you also get another notification when they scan out and leave your house. This company was fantastic!! I looked up a petsitter online and found this place. I was so glad to hear they came to my home vs having to board my pets. Tailchasers provides us with a great sense of comfort when my husband travels for work.  We have 2 dogs, one is a recent adoption and is having issues being introduced to new people. Our dog walker, Andrew shows such professionalism and patience when dealing with the new pup. After moving to the area, I researched a number of doggy day cares and dog walking services. After contacting and receiving a visit from Tail Chasers, I had no doubt this was the company for me. They were prompt with responses, professional, and accommodating. I have been using their services 3 times a week for the past 6 months. Their QR check in and out system allows me to know when my dog walker has arrived and departed. Having cameras at home, I was a bit skeptical at first, so I'd check often during the visit. Erin, my dog walker was nothing less than patient, caring, and loving. She cleans up the crates as needed, feeds, walks, and plays with the pups during every visit. After watching her a few times and having been home here and there during her visits, I have no doubt the pups love her. They are super excited to see Erin EVERY time. She even brings hem treats from time to time. When I've had to cancel or add a walk last minute, Randa has been extremely accommodating. I was very very happy with Tailchasers and the way my cat was cared for while I was out of town !!!! I had a consultation with Matt, he was very professional and was genuinely interested in caring for my pet. Andrew was my pet sitter and he did great!!! I received text messages on the status of the care of Luna while he was in my home. I felt very at ease with the Tailchasers staff entering into my home and caring for Luna. I have had a great experience with Tailchasers so far.  If you want to try them, purchase the Yelp deal.  I did not do that! TJ is Boscoe's walker, and he comes at periodic intervals throughout the month when I have to work really long days or take short trips out of town.  TJ leaves me great summaries about his adventures with Boscoe and I love reading about what they did during the visit.  Boscoe just wants someone to pet him endlessly; and then go for a walk.  TJ obliges.TJ brings in packages and has even brought in my garbage cans for me (!!!) which I really appreciate.  Its those little extra touches that make all the difference when you have a service come into your house.The scheduling process has been really easy.  Randa has been great when I email, particularly in the beginning when I was paranoid about the walker showing up.  My previous walker I pre-paid and he just failed to show up for work and walked off with a month of wages.  But, Tailchasers is very trustworthy and they are in business for the betterment of your pet.  I highly recommend them! In home care is so much less stress on pets and I have a high level of trust with our walkers whom my pets love. Well, the time has come that we have moved out of the service area of Tailchasers and we are so sad to have to find new pet sitters. It has been 4 years since I wrote the first review of Tailchasers and their service remained top notch throughout all 4 years. I can't say enough how thankful I am to have found this company!  They take the time to come meet you and your pets.  They care about them as the owners do, not as a task to be completed.  The use of technology via the QR codes to let the owners know when the sitters arrive, what they do while they're there, and when they leave is SO helpful--and a relief when you're traveling.  Jonathan did an excellent job with our three cats, and he left comments each time he came in, so we knew exactly what was going on.  We will definitely use their service again! Great dig walking service! They check in via email and are easy to get ahold of. You can cancel your walk the day of if needed and schedule additional walks too. They let you know if a sub is coming to your house and one of the owners will go with them the first time to explain everything. So glad we found them! More...

Over the past year and a half we have had 2 great walkers from Tailchasers take care of Sam. Since we have cameras installed in the house we have been able to see the walkers (Janet and Andrew) take great care of our pup and give him lots of affection. Tailchasers also now has a new QR system that send you an email when the walker comes and leaves so you know exactly when the walkers are at your house. The walkers also leave digital notes that get emailed as well. Just wanted to update my review, for the past 2 weeks I have been off of work from having knee surgery. Randa has been so great with replying to emails when my husband gets off early so Eric does not have to come! This is SOOOO helpful and shows that they are avaliable to help the customer! I can not say enough good things about this team. For the first time I have seen how much our little girl Trixie loves Eric!!! She is SO excited when he comes through the door and goes right to the chair to get ready for her walk!!! Allison is amazing! She is great with my 3 dogs. One of them has pulmonary hypertension, so we're constantly monitoring her and adjusting her medications. Allison advises me when she notices any changes in exercise tolerance or behavior, and always takes great care to ensure she's comfortable. She also balances this with the other two dogs, and makes sure they don't get a shorter walk or less attention. I get billed on time, always correctly, and appreciate the flexibility that Tailchasers offers when I have unexpected work travel or evening commitments, and need a dinner feeding/walk. I had a fairly high maintenance English Springer Spaniel, Rocco, who passed last year. Tailchasers is truly amazing, and are absolutely the best dog sitters we have found. Not only do they send you an email when your sitter arrives and leaves your home, but they also send comments about what happened during the visit so you can be sure your pets are being cared for. They offer almost any service you could possible want, and the staff have perfect dispositions for pets (my dogs were instantly at ease the moment they met both Matt, the owner, and our sitter, Mallory). On top of all that, Matt made an excellent recommendation for a harness so I could break my dogs of their habit of pulling during walks. I am able to walk both dogs by myself for the first time ever without worrying about them choking or breaking free, and I have Tailchasers to thank for that! I cannot say enough about the amazing service that is Tailchasers!!! After a stressful experience this spring with another firm "accidentally" letting my indoor-only cat get outside, and stay there overnight, it became apparent that I needed someone new and that I could fully trust.  Matt, the owner, came by for a meet and greet.  He was delightful and asked really specific questions about my cat and her needs, even things like "which toys are her favorites to play with?"  I felt really great after meeting him!  Next, I met my sitter Eric, another amazing guy.  I just had my first full week away, and he kept me up to date via text, took care of getting my mail and even swept the floor daily.....something I don't even do!!  I feel so great now knowing that my cat is well cared for while I am away.  Call Tailchasers....you won't be sorry!!!! i love Tailchasers- I have been using them since January to walk my 4 year old dog Vinny.  Vinny might only be 7 pounds but he acts like a 40 pound dog.  Mallory is my walker and she does a wonder job and i always enjoy the notes she leaves about my dog.  Also the owners are awesome, I had a great first meeting with Matt and anytime I email Randa she is always so accommodating. When my husband was going to be out of state for an extended three month period, and I work long hour daily, I needed a reliable service for walking my dog Jake in the afternoons. I was impressed immediately with the in home visit where they gathered all information about my pup - where his treats, food leashes, towels etc were located. I was also impressed with the flexibility that they offered - if I were to have a later than expected day, they could come for a second visit. While that doesn't happen often, knowing I have options gives me peace of mind. Another important thing to me was knowing that they are bonded. I found Tailchasers to be more than reliable - they are professional, friendly, and most importantly Jake, my pup is well cared for and happy. I love the daily report and the extra notes and presents I come home to see (for instance: "Jake went to the groomer I see - looks great!", or "gave Jake extra TLC and played today"). Jake received a stuffed toy for Christmas, and healthy cookies for a Halloween treat :-)The only improvements that I could see to their services would be offering customers (1)GPS tracked walks, (2) improvements to website scheduling services and (3) crate free boarding services. Our sweet kitty had a bad experience last winter with a friend of ours who had always checked in on her while we were away, so for our most recent trip, we figured it was time to look for a professional.  Tailchasers was just that!  They were professional, organized, and responsive.  They made sure our cat got lots of attention, which she loves, and left us detailed notes for each day of the trip.  They went out of their way to put our minds at ease, and we came home to a happy kitty!  I would definitely recommend Tailchasers to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy petsitter! I wish I'd wrote a review sooner because I am sure I'm forgetting good points to mention, but in a nutshell: I love Tailchasers. In late February/March, I went out of town on business for nearly 3 weeks. I contacted Tailchasers to look after my cat, Lennon, while I was away. They were very responsive and had someone out to visit Lennon and I the next day. I met with Matt who was friendly, informative, and really responsive. I told him everything I needed and he went back to the office and populated my profile on their site - that's it. I didn't have to do anything else! Jamie was the cat sitter looking after Lennon; she was great! She sent me text messages every day she visited Lennon, and even contacted me to let me know when my power went out for a few days. She was so good to Lennon, playing with him and giving him lots of love. She also left me notes of Lennon's day and time spent with her. I could really tell that Jamie cared about Lennon, not just as a client, but as a pet and a member of my family. Sadly, shortly after my trip, I moved to the city and out of the limits of Tailchasers. I highly recommend Tailchasers to everyone! More...
