Having used Ian before I contacted him again to fix an electrical socket that had come out of a stud wall and to put up a new light fixture. Ian contacted me a day earlier than planned to see if I was available for the work to be carried out as he had a spare slot in his busy day, I was very happy for him to do this earlier than planned and it just showed me how conscientious he is.
