For the size of the job it took them 4 attempts to finish the job.Small porch.They blamed everybody else for the wrong roof glass,didn’t have any basic spares on the van. They disturbed all my neighbours touting for business!! moved the garden furniture and didn’t put it back ,to drive around the house when they were told not to! They were very untidy and we even found there rubbish in our drains. The porch is finished now and we are happy now it’s finished but 6 weeks for completion is just not good. More...

I can’t recommend swish home improvements enough. From the personal and professional services on my enquiry to the speed of having the work done. I am absolutely thrilled with the results of my garage conversion and it is now my favourite room of the house. Steve and the guys were incredible and went out of their way to make sure everything was handled with care and to the highest of quality. These guys are great. Nothing is too much trouble. I’ve recently had a conservatory and facials and soffits also new back door and front composite door. All looks great. Workmanship is outstanding and they turn up when they say they will. From builders. The winter weather dealt a fatal blow to my shed when my neighbour advised me that water was standing on its roof – and the roof had a slop! Luckily I was aware of Swish Home Improvements Ltd and the company came to my rescue. The company emptied the old shed, demolished it and built the new shed very efficiently. I found all the workmen very helpful as well as doing quality work – I am really happy with the finished result would recommend the company for all your outdoor home improvement work More...

I tried getting an appointment on a Saturday after injuring my back the Friday. I was leaving the Monday on a 6.30 flight to Durban on a ship cruise and needed to sort it out before then. The answering service gave me an emergency number to call which turned out to be a call centre who did not know of a chiropractor who worked over weekends. I took anti inflammatry tablets and went on the cruise.I was in agony the whole week and called them again from the airport in Durban to arrange for a late appointment as my flight only arrived back in Cape Town 16.40. I was told Dr. Bailes has 'standard appointments' every Friday from 16h00 and could not see me and the other doctor had appointments till 17h30 and could not see me either. The first appointment I could get was the Monday 17h30.Im not a new patient and have been to see him since about 2005. The fact that this was an emergency and that I was in pain for a week made no difference. More...
