Elad is the real deal! Â First of all, he is competitively priced for the fine work he does. Â He was also very accommodating to my wife & my work schedules, and his work is VERY well done. Â Elad is very responsive & quickly makes edits or touch ups after the work is done. Â He did not disappear when asked for help even after the bill was paid. Â Not to mention the guy works hard for his clients even when his wife is due as well as after recently having a new baby. Â He is a true gentleman and will do a great job for you. Elad is the best of the best when it comes to real estate photography! His prices are unbeatable and the caliber of his work is 2nd to none! Even if its pouring outside my listings always shine with his photoshop magic!! Cluttered space that needs to be staged-Elad's team has removed that clutter so I can have that space staged the way the space should look. He covers from South Miami north through Palm Beach County. Simply put, Elad is the best photographer I have met! I am a Real Estate Broker and decided I wanted a true professional to take photos and videos for my listings. I had another Realtor take photos for me before. He had a nice camera and had taken a few photos, but the real estate market in my area was flooded with listings and I wanted to do everything possible to sell my listings. I shopped around a lot. One of my colleagues, a Top Producing Realtor gave me the name of his photographer. I liked their photos but wasn't overly impressed with the virtual tour. When I contacted that company to book a shoot for the next week, I was told the Assistant would call me to schedule. The Assistant never called me. I then found Elad. I called and let him know I had very high expectations and wanted a sample of one of his virtual tours before I agreed to hire him. He sent me one within hours and I was really impressed by his work. I booked him for the following week and was ready to pay for the Gold Plan, the most expensive one he has. He arrived at my listing on time and immediately got right to work. He told me that the Gold plan for my listing was really not worth it as the property was too small. There were a few other reasons he explained in great detail. He told me all I needed for this listing was the Bronze plan which was $200 less. How many people in South Florida have this degree of honesty and integrity. Here I was ready to give him $299 but he said the $99 plan was really all I needed. Since then, I have hired Elad to do photos for all my listings and professional photos do make a difference. These photos are from a listing that buyers singled out online based on the photos. Give Elad a try. I am very picky and he has far surpassed my highest expectations! More...
