Words cannot express how amazed I was when I received my order from sweettooth today. There is so much to say about how satisfied I am that it will take up a lot of time but I'm going to say it and I hope any future customers read this to the end. Yes I am a first time buyer ( a real person )and a guy.But I was treated like I was a longtime friend. When I first saw the advertisement own an online yard sale site, I was amazed at how good everything looked. So I contacted them through messanger.A consultant messaged me back within a few minutes.Very nice and patient. Being a guy, I was having a lot of trouble deciding what gifts I wanted to get and how I wanted to do them.So.i asked her to call.She did.We communicated via messenger phone. It was a BIG help. The consultant stayed on the phone with me (almost an hour) until I was happily satisfied with my decisions. At first,I was thinking this was just another scam,not a legitimate company and they were just out for money. I was thinking I was going to get a cheap Dollar Store vase that was just put together with an etch pen. But by the time we finished I felt just the opposite. It was a legitimate company that wasn't out for money,but they were out for another satisfied customer.She got it!! I told her what I wanted, my ideas,etc and she gave her suggestion. One of the end results is what I received today. WOW.When I opened the box,my mother's vase was very well packaged and protected. When I unwrapped it I was even more at awwh at how good it looked. Not only was it a beautiful vase but the engraving on the vase was very professionally designed. Way more than what I was expecting! It was a tall, beautiful, clean vase with not a fingerprint anywhere. Lol.And it was personalized with my mother's name on it. It's her Valentine's gift. I will post a picture of it after i give it to her for Valentine's Day. If you read this to the end thank you. If you haven't purchased from them previously and are thinking about it, do so,you won't be disappointed and if you are not satisfied they said let them know and they will make it right. That was good enough for me, and they also do PayPal. I was glad they do PayPal because if for some reason they wasn't legit I know through PayPal I could have gotten my money back. My wedding was in Oct 2017 and My original caterer bailed on me 1 month before the wedding. Earlier in the year I remembered having had some contact with Ve and her reviews were great. I crossed my fingers and reached out Hoping she would be able to cater our wedding in the middle of nowhere on short notice. Let’s just say, she didn’t hesitate. She was so helpful starting from our first email until the wedding day when We Hugged and thanked her and she packed up. The food was great and hot! Even after the GPS took her down some spooky dirt backroads (not the usual route mind you,) and her cell service went out, she managed to get there just just in time. She and her staff never missed a beat. Thanks so much for taking care of us and making it a wonderful meal! If you need a caterer, don’t hesitate to hire this group. You won’t be disappointed!
