What do you love most about your job?
I love that I can be creative, experiment with new recipes and designs. No day is ever the same which makes it very exciting. I do love handing over a cake or dessert to my clients and seeing the absolutely joy on their face. It's a magical and very happy moment for me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After finishing Le Cordon Bleu I worked briefly at the Savoy Hotel. It then dawned on me that I wanted to open my own cake and dessert catering company so that I would have the creative freedom to create my own desserts.

I offer a bespoke service. I have had amazing reviews from my clients and repeat business for three years now. I turn my clients ideas into their dessert dreams. My prices are competitive. I use ingredients that are high in quality. I was trained at Le Cordon Bleu culinary school as a Pastry Chef.
