About S.W.E.A.T.

As a personal trainer, I can adapt to my clients different needs depending on their abilities. Sessions will be designed towards the clients goals whether that be weight loss, muscular endurance, hypertrophy or strength gains.
For those who want to go that extra step, a bespoke training program can be given specifically regimented to the clients goals. To achieve these goals a variety of training methods will be used, such as PHA training (Peripheral Heart Action Training), Circuits, Gym based boxing, Max Effort and Plyometrics. Basic nutritional advice can also be given to help those goals become reality.
Many of my clients have surprised themselves in what they have achieved. With the hard work and dedication from myself and the client we have gone beyond the original goals set. Personal training does not only improve physical attributes, it also includes new dimensions of confidence and new high levels of self-esteem, which many of my clients have shown signs of.

About Elly Jokene
Elly is a qualified REPS registered level 3 personal trainer with a diploma in Sports Science, having worked with numerous British athletes at the Crystal Palace national stadium. With experience in a wide range of sports, Elly utilises a range of strength and conditioning techniques and programs to help improve personal performance within their sport. Staying on top of the latest research in regards to this field allows him to closely work with each individual, not only to train, but to educate and provide injury prevention.

Elly adapts to his clients differing needs dependent on their abilities. Sessions will be designed towards the client’s goals whether that be weight loss, muscular endurance, hypertrophy or strength gains.

With dedication from Elly, clients have surpassed their original goals, becoming better versions of who they thought they could be. Understanding that training does not only improve physical attributes but also includes new dimensions of confidence and heightened levels of self-esteem, many of Elly’s clients have surprised themselves in what they originally set out to achieve.
