I moved to Colchester and was looking for support work that would fit with my PA experience for a student with Cerebral Palsy. I was offered a lot of work, more than I could fit into my schedule. They tried to take into account my background and placed me in situations that were comfortable for me to start in, answered calls on a Sunday for directions to shifts even, and were all around very helpful. There was training offered (for free) on the outset, wages paid in good time.
