Amazing service. I totally recommend.

We've relocated from London to Spain and we first contracted another moving agency where everything were problems (parking permits, insurance, square meters we were contracting etc. )... and then Swans appeared!
Not only they gave us a really competitive quote but they were absolute professionals. They took care of all our needs, they helped packing the most difficult and fragile stuff, they answered all our quieries by phone and email and they delivered everything in just two days where other companies were taking up to a month. They are also very understanding, we were very annoying asking little questions all the time as we don't know anything about the moving logistics but they explained everything very clearly to us.
In summary I'd totally recommend. Thanks Chloe and Kishun for sorting out all the logistics and the transporters both in London and in

Amazing Service! We moved from London to Croatia. As you can imagine moving abroad is 10x more stressful than your typical house move and after a very long time finding our new home we couldn’t be more anxious about getting our stuff over. Ladies at the office were most helpful from the start. Everything was explained to us (maybe even a thousand times, over and over again because I was so nervous about getting someone else to handle my belongings). Crew arrived on time, had everything packed for us. I insisted on tea and some cookies but they kindly denied and got on with work. After a week of having our stuff in storage everything was shipped and delivered to us here in Croatia on time and in perfect condition. I’m extremely surprised seeing the other two reviews as it doesn’t sound anything like the company I dealt with. If we ever move back to London I want Swans to organise it for me. More...

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The pricing was very competitive when initially researching. The lady i dealt with Chloe, was fabulous! very patient when dealing with times/places and with our correspondence. The removal guys arrived early, but were very calm that we weren't ready, they took great care with all of our fragile objects and everything arrived at our new site good in perfect working order. They really were helpful with loading and unloading and even when took an hour extra not only were the guys very pleasant about it, the cost didn't bite us either. The last time I had to move house’s I curse the infernal day I decided to hire them. The big galoots not only ruined to age-old family heirlooms, but also managed to account for the same from the final bill. I was apprehensive that I would have to be a victim of the same again, when I had to move house this time a few days ago. I thanked heaven’s when I saw the boys get to work! I should rather say they had won me over with how they tried to put my worries to rest, right off the bat! I was exceptionally happy about how they handled the delicate items and the antiques!
