My husband and I were married in South Lake Tahoe August of 2018. I was going back and forth the whole year prior about hiring a videographer. I looked into some quotes and it appeared out of our price range. When I came across Swannworks website and watched the videos, I couldn't stop crying at how beautiful they were! We inquired about costs and Keida was more than accommodating to our budget. This is by far the MOST important expense of your entire wedding! As everyone says, the day goes by way too fast and knowing we had our video footage, made it easier to enjoy the actual moment. WOW. Working with Keida exceeded our expectations from the very first time we communicated he was responsive and extremely friendly. I never felt like I was annoying him with questions and he always responded right away which is a really big deal when you are planning for a wedding! Initially, we weren't sure if we should have a videographer but for anyone who is on the fence about it, it was worth every penny. We had multiple vendors and the value of reliving our special day with Keida's AMAZING filming was priceless. He was on time, super easy to work with and super respectful. What more can you ask for?! The day we got the highlight video we sent it to our family and friends and every single one of them was blown away. Many were in tears of how well he did the video and how well he was able to capture the most important aspects of the wedding. I can't say enough about Keida and his professionalism. We first saw Keida's work when he did the videography for my friend's wedding in San Francisco. When I saw their highlight video I was so blown away by how the different shots changed to the beat of the music, and how he made a wedding highlight video look like an actual music video. Not to mention how he captured all the happiness of the day and you could actually feel it. Our friends couldn't stop saying how amazing it was! I actually never saw a wedding video like it before. So when I got engaged I knew that having a videographer was a MUST and I had to have Keida at Swannworks Films! I lucked out because I was planning my wedding to be in Huntington Beach, and coincidentally, Keida was moving to Orange County. It was fate! August 18, 2018 was the big day and Keida was sure to be well prepared. He was easy to communicate with and answered my emails within the same day. He asked questions about my vision for the day and what drone shots I would want if there were any. He also worked so well with my photographer and DJ who were also helping to coordinate the day. Keida had the challenge of having to go to 5 locations for the wedding day, and once the day started he was on-time to each location and he was non-stop working. There is not one important thing he missed. In fact, even when the event was over and everyone was home recovering, the next day Keida went back to my Church to take additional shots of it empty just so he could include it in our teaser and highlight video. This man is amazing! Keida is a true artist and professional and it shows in his attention to detail. He is the wedding videographer that doesn't want to just record your big day, but he wants to capture the real emotions and feeling of happiness and seal it forever in a capsule for you to look back on for years and decades to come. I can't stop smiling when watching my highlight video! He gives you 10x more than what you expect, and also appreciates feedback because he wants his work to be perfect for you. I am SO grateful to have found Keida for our wedding and rehearsal videos!! Not only is Keida'a work amazing, he is so responsive, knowledgeable, kind and professional. When I've had follow up questions he was able to speak with me or answer them instantly. Keida truly went over and beyond not only for our wedding but for our rehearsal dinner that we also hired him for. Keida communicated with us through the post process as he was completing our videos and made sure we were 100% happy with the videos before he completed them! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I found Swannworks online and loved their work having not met him in person I had no idea what to expect but he exceeded our expectations.
I don't think I could ever say enough about how much I enjoyed and value this company. He single handedly saved my chaotic wedding and I can't thank him enough. He went above and beyond his job description and never once acted annoyed or complained about the 100 degree heat he was working in or the lack of organization. His professionalism was refreshing as was his friendly charismatic demeanour. I can not wait to see the finished product if you are looking for a videographer for anything this man is who you should choose. Honestly the world would be a better place with more gentlemen like Keida!! My husband and I are forever grateful!!

As a vendor myself I like to take a look at who I will be working with. I had heard about Swannworks Films through a friend and when I checked out their website I was very impressed. Keida and his team were great from the beginning to work with. They are very willing to work with their customers and provide the best photo/video product. Very approachable, easy to communicate with. Prior to the event, we had thoroughly discussed the details of the event and how we can compliment each other. The day of the event went very well because our communication with one another was on point. The team was on time and we could tell they took pride in their work and wanted to do the best job. They worked with us, gave input and also were receptive to any ideas we had. It was a long event and they were dedicated the entire time. I look forward to working with Keida and his team again. I can't speak highly enough for how awesome Keida and his films are. I was extremely fortunate enough to have him be our videographer for our wedding last year in beautiful North Beach, SF- 10/22/2016. He was super professional, very flexible and willing to work with us and our timetable for the wedding events, and his work is simply top notch/high quality. With a few requests on our end for what we wanted our video to entail, he just took it from there and was on the ball the whole time. The end result was nothing less but impressive with such attention to detail; it gets me choked up every time I watch it. It was truly the best investment that we made and a treasure we can keep with us forever. With a stressful day such as this, Keida accommodated and made things smooth and easy. Amazing! Keida and his wife Abbie really captured the essence of our day. We love our video! If you're on the fence about using a videographer for your wedding hire them. It really is a must have as the day will go by in a blink and you get to see a lot of what you had forgotten or missed. It is so awesome to have a video. The most enjoyable part of the work I do is Being able to capture our clients most treasured moments. I love the responsibility of bringing these most important moments to life!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been self motivated. Spent over 18 years running my own record label and fell in love with shooting film. I graduated from Fresno State University with a degree in Business management so I knew pretty early on that I wanted to chart my own path.
