Svinder Architects

My wife and I had been looking to extend our home for a while and we finally took the plunge this year and commissioned Svinder as our architect. We did the usual scanning of the internet for reviews of architects in the local area and came across Svinder’s webpage. What intrigued us was that he was currently working on a project to build a new sports pavilion for the children of Hampton Junior and Primary Schools and also that he was lecturing at Kingston university.My wife reached out to Svinder by telephone and was impressed by his knowledge, experience and very calm manner. He sent us a detailed breakdown of fees and after a face-to-face meeting, we knew we had chosen the right person to take on the project. Svinder designed a scheme based on our initial requirements; a 6 meter rear extension and home refurbishment. The original design inevitably went through a number of iterations and during this time Svinder was extremely patient and accommodating of our brief, providing valuable ideas and guidance at every stage. We were also really impressed by the quality of the drawings that he produced.We have now had our application approved and we would like to thank Svinder for his support during this process. It has been incredibly challenging, but he has provided us with the confidence and reassurance to persevere with the project. We would always recommend using Svinder as an architect for your home improvement schemes. His view is considered, smart and visionary and his drawings are as beautiful as they are technically accurate. Plus he is a real pleasure to work with; he will always respond to you in good time, he listens to and interrogates the brief, and will fully answer any question no matter how silly you think it is.

Svinder designed a super 2 bedroom + 1 bathroom loft space for us that is always commented on by any visitor as being a great use of space and light. We have recently commissioned drawings for the ground floor re-model which are again spot on and have made us feel excited and enthusiastic to make a reality - he had captured and brought to life how we want to live in our home.
