What do you love most about your job?
Every day is different! I meet a variety of people, all with their own unique situation. It's a privilege to draft a Will that meets the client's requirements knowing their estate will be distributed as they wish, rather than being distributed according to intestacy rules. I love finding a solution to complex scenarios so that the wishes can be implemented successfully in a Will.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Knowing how difficult it can be to schedule a Will Writing appointment at an office within standard working hours made us realise that a home visiting service would benefit so many families. We all have daily commitments that make appointments so difficult to schedule. Others have mobility issues or find it hard to travel, so all of these reasons inspired us to set up our Will Writing business.

We aim to offer the best, personal and friendly service for your Will Writing needs. We understand that it is not always easy for our client's to talk about their final wishes, but our fact finding service helps determine the content and the ultimate aim of the Will, simplifying the process.
All of our Wills are checked for validity and compliance. We are fully insured.
Clients are given a fixed price for the work to be undertaken once we have carried out a basic fact find meeting. If a Will Trust, Severance of Tenancy or LPA is required these will be priced accordingly in our quotation.
We offer weekend, evening and week day appointments for the convenience of our clients (according to availability).
Lasting Power of Attorny Certificate Provider
Home visiting service for completion of Lasting Power of Attorney documentation and registration for Property and Financial Affairs / Health and Welfare.
Severance of Tenancy
If your property is held in joint names with your spouse, you are unable to bequeath your personal share. In some situations it is preferred to change property ownership to 'Tenants in Common' - usually to avoid sideways disinheritance and a Severance of Tenancy is required. We can complete the documentation for this if required. Although it can be done without the other spouses agreement, they will be notified so we only undertake severance of tenancy if we have the agreement of all joint owners.

We offer a Will drafting service in the Somerset area. We also offer remote meetings if you live further afield.
Funeral Plans
We offer quotations for Golden Leaves Funeral Plans. Talk to us without any hard sell or obligation.
Estate Administration / Probate
