We are a family run business based in Steyning, West Sussex.
We carry out all aspects of electrical work from changing a socket, to adding a light or even part or full rewires of your property.
As a NAPIT full scope member we are fully qualified, fully insured and part p compliant, and all work when required is logged with building control in line with regulations.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Many things, Drive to be successful and improve electrical safety in ageing domestic electrical installations. Seeing projects from start to finish and the change in that process can be a challenge. Customer satisfaction.

Full Rewires
Electrical installations deteriorate with age. Guide lines say an electrical system in a property ages every 25 years. We provide full installation service to the latest regulations.
Part Rewires
Sometimes a full rewire isn’t needed. A part rewire is a great way to save money on your project.
Consumer Unit Upgrades (fuse board)
Consumer units are the main hub of an electrical system and their proper function is paramount for safety. The latest regulations state the unit must have RCD protection and in a metal enclosure. This maybe required if you are adding a new circuit or your existing unit does not provide RCD protection. We only install quality Hager units. All work is tested and certified.
Electrical Installation Condition Reports
Electrical installation condition reports (EICR’s) are basically an MOT on your electrical system. Regs state that this should be carried out every 10 years or change of ownership. This can flag up any latent fault conditions, non compliance to regs and safety issues. If there are available records to hand, a percentage of the installation can be tested.
Domestic smoke alarm systems
Domestic smoke alarms installed. We also sell and install nest systems that work with your nest connected home.
Accessory Changes (Lights, Switches & Sockets)
If a socket is damaged and needs changing or you’d like a dimmer installed we can help.
If your looking to add extra sockets or lights we are more than happy to provide a free no obligation quote.
Three Phase Commercial /Industrial
As a full scope member and fully qualified JIB APPROVED Electrician, we have the skills and training for your electrical requirements. Extra circuits for lighting, sockets, power distribution all catered for. Periodic inspection of multiple Three Phase industrial systems are carried out to suit your business hours and work loads.
Kitchen Upgrades
Remodelling your kitchen, no problem. Provide us with a drawing of your new kitchen layout and we will help you with the electrical layout to best suit your needs.
