Thank you for a great dinner. Love the Energy Spinach Salad. I enjoyed the orchestra of flavors that sang in my mouth. Presented like a chopped salad, no veggie or seeds over powered the other. This salad was in harmony. The homemade rolls were so good, I would have ordered a dozen if I could:-). I love apple pie and it was nice to have a taste and not have a guilty feeling to eat the whole pie. Great job for my sweet tooth and weakness for apple pie. After having salad, rolls,and pie, I ate the soup the next day for lunch. It was filling and liked the noodles. I added salt to bring up the flavor to my liking. Prior to having kids I imagined being an at home mom would mean home cooked dinners in a clean house - because "seriously how hard is that? " Fast forward to reality...it's impossible! lol. When I try to make a nice dinner it's frustrating and disappointing so I ordered dinner for Valentine's Day and my family and I loved it. It was delicious, healthy and easy for me! We loved our dinner tonight. Chicken in Mole Negro with fluffy masa. The pickled salad was perfect with it. Loved every bite.
