I love the joy on customers faces when they are enjoying the food that was provided.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being complimented for my cooking skills. I really enjoy cooking and wanted to take it to another level, so i decided what 's better than starting my own catering company. I am very creative around creating menus with a personal touch and experimenting with different foods, each meal is complimented with a hint of caribbean spices.
