For visitors it's creating a feeling of trust in the brand that they are dealing with, seeing everything they need to know on one page, that they have a clear clear calls to action, easy to contact or purchase what they are looking, no matter what device (mobile, tablet, desktop) they used to arrive on the website.
For Google it's all of the little details that make think you have a great website like SSL, all titles and meta's are targeted and clear, that all of the content is balanced in just the right way to ensure that Google knows what the pages are about, so that it can rank the pages against the right terms.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for a large corporate software company for 15 years and corporate doesn't have the same impact as a personal service. I had a desire to work with small and medium business, you see the impact of the work you do, you build relationships and trust. Nothing better!
