I really enjoyed my biscuit decorating class on Tuesday evening. Aya was a brilliant teacher and showed me excellent techniques on how to personalise my decorating. I really enjoyed my biscuit decorating experience last night. It was so relaxing and Aya was so good with teaching us little tricks to make it look so effective. She took time with each of us to give tips on how to improve and was very thoughtful in presenting me a lovely decorated cross biscuit as I had mentioned my daughter is about to do her First Holy Communion. I’m usually every baker’s decorating nightmare but was so pleased with how my biscuits turned out (still hiding them from the kids to see if it will last til Easter). More...

What do you love most about your job?
Baking and decorating cakes and biscuits and seeing my customers’ smiley faces when I showcase the cake to them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have had baking as a big hobby since I was a little girl. I have baked for friends and family for years and each time I did, they encouraged me to start baking professionally. Until one day, I felt that I was finally in the right position and with enough time to start my own business.
