What’s your signature dish?
Moist Chocolate Cake with chocolate ganache. Mmmmm.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
No one person is the same and neither should their cake be. We will discuss with clients their likes and dislikes, what colours they like, do they have hobbies and all sorts of questions to try and pinpoint what will work for them, and try to accommodate their budgets.
What do you love most about your job?
The smiles on the clients faces when they see their cake come to life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love baking and have been baking sine I was a small child with my grandmother. Cake decorating started out as a hobby and I found it extremely therapeutic. I gradually outgrew the kitchen table and had to move into the spare bedroom. I realised I love creating unique and tasty creations. They really is no better feeling than seeing your customers big grins and surprise gasps when see their cakes for the first time.
