I have had a number of hypnotherapy sessions with Sue and she has literally changed so much for me. I had never had any kind of therapy before and so was a little anxious initially but Sue was fantastic and explained the process thoroughly - making me feel totally at ease. In welcoming and tranquil room, I felt quite at home. At first we had to complete formalities of initial consultation form and contract details. The therapy itself involved sitting (laying down) in a comfortable recliner, listening to a soothing music in the background (my choice) and relaxing to the sound of Sue’s mellow voice as she in a rhythmic tone, guided me into calm and relaxation. I felt my mind started to clear as I focused my attention on her voice. I also felt my body growing heavier, which is normal according to information given prior to a session, - even then I was pleasantly surprised experiencing all those wonderful sensations and feelings. As I had few sessions I also experienced light feeling and even imagining myself floating above the chair. When each session finished I walked out feeling refreshed and like a huge load had been lifted off my shoulders. I Love hypnosis – it is an amazing therapy! Thank you for such a pleasant experience.
