I've been seeing Matt for almost a year now. He's very professional and varies the sessions which makes it interesting - still hard work though!

Never thought I'd stick at Fitter Men training but have significantly built up my core strength and lost weight since joining. Have also had to add another notch in my belts. I’m determined to keep up the routine and it's great seeing the team each morning as we all have the same goals. Matt is a great motivator and if you have any kind of injury will modify the training accordingly for you. Also great tips on nutrition which has led to a healthier diet.
