What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
The secret is connecting with your clients, hearing what they're looking for, making them feel comfortable in front of the camera. Each sessions is different and unique, I strive to bring out my clients personalities in their photographs even when they feel unsure on how to pose in front of the camera, I help guide them and make the experience enjoyable.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What are you looking for in your session, is there anything specific you want in your photo's. Candid, natural or trandional posed photos.
Do they have a location in mind if they want an outdoor session.
How many family members/people will there be in a group photo.
What do you love most about your job?
I love connecting with my clients and my favorite job is working on the final editing before handing them over to my clients. Paying attention to detail, quality and style. Learning to connect and build a relationship is very important and I have clients I've captured since they were expecting their first child and continue to capture their moments as their kids grow older.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I'm an entrepreneur at heart and freelancing as photographer is perfect for my family. A women owned business, single Mom to two beautiful boys.

Serves in Beaverton, Portland, Lake Oswego, Hillsboro, Tigard and Portland Metro Areas. All sessions are taken at a location of choice. Newborn sessions are taken at a clients location for a lifestyle session. Headshots are taken at a location of choice or at Studio Nagita's home studio.
