For a website to be great, it's more than just the visuals, especially if the aim behind website construction consists of conversions and transactions. With too many options available on the web, it's crucial that the website functions optimally to avoid visitors leaving early. Mobile friendliness is not even an option with website development today if you are serious about website conversions. It needs to load fast too. Also, it's important to have relevant, clear and succinct content on the website, which needs to be highly engaging where necessary to promote value to the audience. Some of the best websites have fantastic call-to-actions after pieces of content to increase the ratio of visitors-to-conversions on the website.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
This can vary case-by-case, project-by-project. Generally speaking, the important points raised in any potential client discussion would always be how much they are expecting to invest in the project financially, and if they have a specific deadline. Additional questions may include: Are there any other stakeholders or decision-makers involved in the process of the project, if they have worked with any other contractors or partners in the past or if they have spoken to others recently. Also, if they have had any problems in the past with this kind of work that they would like to avoid going forward. It's also important to find out their motive and objective with the new project, such as what has prompted them to begin this project now rather than before, as well as benchmarks for success.

The creative process can be simple or very intricate depending on the type of project being worked on. However, all of our processes can be minimised to one short sentence: Research. Design. Build. Test. Repeat!

We would need their verbal, written and most importantly, financial commitments before starting work.
What do you love most about your job?
We get to create the next Facebook or eBay and partner with mission-driven organisations and entrepreneurs. It's also a rewarding feeling to collaborate with multination and help them solve a pressing pain with a digital solution we have innovated for them
What inspired you to start your own business?
We couldn't get jobs in our desired careers after graduation from University. As a result, we changed career paths and decided to setup a business to create our own opportunities and continue helping people, but in a different way.
