Great trainer, specifically has helped me to lose weight and strength train following knee surgery. 2 years on, 2 dress sizes lost, 2. 5 stone lost and no knee pain. There is no secret. It's about hard work and correct nutrition but the key is finding the right approach for each individual.
What do you love most about your job?
Training people on a one to one basis and seeing their reactions to the results.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My interest has always been sport and fitness and coming from a family of business owners, starting my own personal training business was the next step.
