I still can't get over going 7 for 10 on Blue Marlin on April 1, 2015. V.J. Bell and Chris Storrs work as hard as any captain/mate combo I have ever been with.
They are in sync while fishing. Chris is quick to share tips and teach you about what he is doing and why. V.J. fished his hunches and you just can't beat the knowledge and experience he has. This is the perfect combo to have take you and your family our whether it is your first trip or your hundred and first.
Just chartered VJ for a corner trip for my 13 year old son and his friends this past Saturday. As always Captain VJ did not disappoint. We caught Yellowfin and Blackfin and I've never had a captain work so hard to find fish. He did whatever it took to find the birds where most captains would just troll even after the fish dove. I cannot say enough about his skills in finding fish, maneuvering the boat, and talking to and teaching kids proper fishing techniques. If you want to catch fish and have fun doing it, there is no competition.
