Structural Design
We ensure the proposed design of your property will be able to withstand the required loads, including from occupants, furniture, wind and snow.

Quantity Surveyor/Cost Consultant
We will provide estimates and advice regarding the cost of construction works.

-preparing cost plans, estimates and cash flow projections
-advising on procurement strategy

Planning Services
We has experience in obtaining planning consent in many London’s boroughs. This knowledge proves invaluable for decision making at each step of the process, enabling us to effectively advise clients on the following:
-what might be possible in terms of scale, massing and external materials
-whether to apply for pre-app advice
-what can be achieved within the limitations of conservation areas
-whether there is an Article 4 Direction in place and, if so, which permitted development rights are restricted? -specific basement policies and whether basement impact assessments (and the associated extra consultants’ fees) are required with a planning application. Outline design:
Appoint consultants, outline design, cost estimates, planning application.
Detailed Design:
Detailed designs, building regulations approvals, party wall awards, interior design, select building contract, prepare tender documents, invite contractors to tender.
Construction:
Appoint a contractor, issue construction drawings, contractors queries, certify work completed, extensions of time, final account and certificate.
Party Wall Surveyor
We provide a specialist role in resolving disputes between neighbours under the Act. Our duty is to the Act rather than to the individuals appointing them and we resolve matters in dispute in a fair and practical way.
