After four kids and years of struggling to achieve my weight loss goals, and failing, I decided it was time for some help. It was such a relief find Jill. She knows what she's doing and has a sincere interest in making sure I succeed! Instead of spending time on trying to figure out what to do, she did the figuring for me and my energy went into actually doing the work to get the results...and boy did I get results! I went down 6 sizes in 5 months. I have never felt so strong and fit! I love how I feel after a workout with Jill. I know that I've done something wonderful for myself. It makes me happy to be healthy and strong. The fact that she does my eating plan, cardio plan, and weight lifting plan makes her the complete package. Jill is my loudest cheerleader and the coach that pushes me the hardest to really achieve my full potential. I never could have done this without her. She is spectacular and I haven't hesitated for a second to recommend her to anyone who will listen!

Strong Life is not like the typical fitness centers I have shied away from in the past - it is a welcoming and supportive environment, a place where I feel safe and have never felt judged or self-conscious, and am able to focus 100% on myself without worrying about what others may be thinking. How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?

It is the basic foundation of good health and also the base of all good training programs that get results. StrongLife offers customized Nutrition and daily coaching with all of our Personal Training programs to ensure the best results and help out clients develop lifelong healthy habits that will positively impact their lives.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

We teach long term sustainability to help clients keep their results and balance fitness into their lives. We focus on strength training to recomposition our client's bodies to a healthy body fat percentage and continue to build lean muscle for a healthy metabolism. We incorporate personalized nutrition into every program to ensure a result and build a strong foundation for all types of training. We recognize that each individual's journey is unique and requires different programming and support to be successful. We invest in every client so they get the best experience with accountability, motivation and fundamentally sound training.

What do you love most about your job?

To see my clients empowered to change their lives. To see them be successful in their fitness goals and transformations and how that positively effects their lives outside the gym. To be able to connect and help wonderful people as they find a good balance with fitness and begin to love it.

What inspired you to start your own business?

My own weightloss journey of 100+ lbs when I was 32. I realized that weight training, connection and accountability are key to any real change and long-term sustainability.
