Be careful when signing your contract. Make sure you know how many payments you will be making (make sure the months match the days that are written) and the exact price of their services. My experience was that they left the pricing flexible for my convenience but Jill was flexible and had me paying more than what verbally explained to me. After challenging it, she fixed it. They also tried to take out one more payment than was specified in the contract and I had to challenge that as well. But they did refund my money.
The trainers were very knowledgeable and helpful. I enjoyed the training I received.

The trainers are great. It's small & there's only a few people in there at a time, so there's not a bunch of pressure from prying eyes.

I am a sports therapist so having a trainer that is attentive and watches my form is VERY important. in the past I have trained with many personal trainer and I would have to say that Strong Life fitness has some of the best trainers I have ever worked with! They pushed me but not to the point I would be worried to get injured. For such advanced training the pricing is very reasonable! More...

I've been with Strong life for just under 3 months. I started 5 weeks post partum and I'm so grateful I did! I have seen awesome changes in my body but most importantly in my self confidence. Heavy lifting has been my favorite! The trainers are invested in each one of us. They are exceptional and knowledgeable in every way. I love that they put an emphasis on nutrition too. I’ve been with Strong Life Fitness for several months and it’s truly the best experience! Jill and all the trainers are caring, supportive, encouraging and uplifting! From the moment I met Jill, I knew she was a person who could help me achieve my health and fitness goals. I started training at Strong Life fitness on January 3, 2017. During the last twelve months, I have been challenged and motivated by Jill, and she has taught me a great deal in regards to exercise, nutrition and staying motivated. I messaged Jill at Strong Life when I realized I needed support to help me achieve my fitness and health goals. I am beyond grateful that I reached out to her and asked for help. The transformations I have experienced mentally, physically, and emotionally at Strong Life have been life changing. The trainers are exceptional - knowledgeable, mindful, and committed to their clients’ lifelong successes. The nutritional support is a valuable asset and practical for implementing in real life.

Strong Life is not like the typical fitness centers I have shied away from in the past - it is a welcoming and supportive environment, a place where I feel safe and have never felt judged or self-conscious, and am able to focus 100% on myself without worrying about what others may be thinking. Strong Life is not just another gym, but rather a community of support and strength, and I can’t imagine having achieved the successes that I have over the past 5 months anywhere else. We teach long term sustainability to help clients keep their results and balance fitness into their lives. We focus on strength training to recomposition our client's bodies to a healthy body fat percentage and continue to build lean muscle for a healthy metabolism.
