How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I have years of experience working for NBC Biggest Loser Resort. I take a very simple no thrills approach to achieving your fitness and wellness goals. You do not need a lot of equipment to get a great workout, most of my training plans can be done anywhere.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
All goals can be achieved with the correct and positive mindset. After you achieve that a little bit of consistency and positive reinforcement go a long way.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I fell in love with training others and helping others reach their goals through college and wanted to completley immerse myself in my own methods by starting Strong Bear Fitness

I have years of experience training and working with hundreds of clients from all over the world and all walks of life with endless amount of obstacles to overcome. I can confidently tell you "You Can!" and you "You Will!" No goal is unobtainable with the right game plan and motivation behind it.
