Stone Pros Marble and Granite

I'm a contractor and have dealt with several stone guys over the years, for the last few years we have been using Jacob and Stone Pros. We have kept them as our number one for several reasons. Their quality of work is unmatched, and they deliver in a timely manner. Quite friendly and easy to work with, and when issues arise, they attack then head on and overcome them. Really an awesome experience with the Stone Pros team, and we were able to receive a quality slab to match! I highly recommend scheduling a time with the the Stone Pros Team at their Everett Location - checking out all the slabs they have to offer (wide selection with quality pieces). They can cut whatever you need to size right there on the spot (and if you time it right) have it ready the same day, which is really convenient if you are coming from the Seattle Area. The piece we selected for our vanity looks fantastic, and we are really satisfied with the quality and overall outcome. If I could give 6 stars, I would! Glenn is extremely knowledgable and professional. He goes above and beyond to answer all of your questions. Glenn fixed a large chip we had in our bathroom countertop and we can no longer even find where the chip was he did such a fantastic job. Glenn Schiff and his excellent craftsmen have created beautiful stonework in our home and in our business, including a fully integrated stone kitchen sink. Glenn is a perfectionist and takes great care to provide his customers with perfect results. Our home with the kitchen and master bath by Stone Pros was featured on two Luxe Magazine covers, which I mention only as an indication of the level of work they do. ON the other hand, they also did 27 (I think) inexpensive granite counters in our business and were able to do so affordably and still with excellence. Glenn bailed me out of a jam, in a big way. At another fabricator's shop, we had picked out a remnant of decorative stone to be used as the centerpiece above the mantel of our fireplace. The day we went to get it, we learned that it had been stolen. Since our installer had worked his way up to that point, we were desperate to find a replacement fast. I called a number of people that day, and Glenn suggested a particular shop to call, because they keep quite a few remnants. By following his advice, we not only found a replacement piece, but a better one than the one that was stolen. Glenn graciously found the time to cut and polish the piece in his beautiful shop, so that our project would not be held up – and he was very generous regarding his price. Glenn and his team truly live up to the name. They did such a professional job on our kitchen and we couldn’t be happier with our new countertops. They made what sounds to be such a daunting process so simple. We had an idea of what stone we wanted to use, and when we went to see Glenn to get a bid we were able to leave that same day with an idea of what our cost would be. Once our stone was picked and we agreed on the bid, the Stone Pros team came out and templated our kitchen. A little over a week later, they were back and installing our new countertops. We recently used Stone-Pros to replace counters in our kitchen and two bathrooms. Jacob was extremely helpful during the entire process. We had plenty of time to select our quartz and were shown the entire inventory of remnants for the smaller bathroom counter. The installation went smoothly and we are very happy with the results – all the counters look perfect. Countertops are a big purchase and the quality of fabrication and installation are most important. Make sure you buy where you can meet the people who will be doing the actual work! I did a kitchen remodel on my own and Jacob was really helpful in explaining what I needed to do to be ready for counters (Installed cabinets myself and was worried they may be less than perfect), really happy with the final results. Again, Jacob was a pleasure to work with and it was refreshing to get away from the big box stores. Bought my cabinets through Lowe’s and they messed the order up twice.. I was going to get my counters through Lowe’s but after the cabinet fiasco and seeing the limited choices I went with stone pros. They had every option you could want (which could be overwhelming-I switched my choice a few times). Jacob will even take you through to see the extra slabs they have on hand to save you some money. The only complaints I have are that the owner has a bit of a tough personality-he did my template, but Jacob installed. I don’t think he means to come off so abrasive. Also they only take cash or check. No credit card points to be had.The seam is beautiful. They worked the whole kitchen from one large slab and matched the seam pretty well, it’s just a very thin line you have to know to look for to notice. I don’t think Lowe’s would have done that with such care.Will be using them again for bathroom and basement remodel 2nd kitchen. More...

we recently had Stone Pros cut a slab of quartz for our master bath vanity top. We were impressed with the knowledge we received about the different products available. We were also impressed of the different options they offered which really ended up helping us with a few different decisions. The day we decided to go with Stone Pros, we actually has four other competing shops to go to. However, we ended up liking everything about this family owned business and we are especially delighted with how we were treated and how much assistance we received when we did the DIY option and installed the slab ourselves. Glen and Jacob were great to deal with.I cut a pass thru hole in the wall between the kitchen and living room unsure what we were going to use at the time for a counter / bar top. We didn't want to wait weeks for a granite countertop to be made.I happened to meet Glen and Jacob on a job a few months prior and figured i would ask if they could do a rush order 1 or 2 days. I went there with my drawing in hand in the morning, picked out our piece of granite. At 5 pm same day picked up our new finished bar top.That was great. Awesome in fact. Glen is the owner and Jacob is his production manager i believe he said.Jacob is the young guy in the shop, seems very knowledgeable. We had a small kitchen job to replace countertops. Jacob handled the whole transaction from beginning to end. Everything was very well explained at the beginning and he kept in touch with us via txt and phone calls throughout the entire process. From the time we picked our slab to install it was only 2 weeks; they were very fast. We choice quartz and the original color we selected did not come in a big enough slab for our project so Jacob picked another similar color with more character for us because we could not make it back to their shop. We trusted his selection and it ended up being perfect. The install was very thorough! They made sure our cupboards were secure enough to hold the heavier countertops and helped us make a few adjustments to handle the load. I stopped in at their shop in Everett looking for some remnant pieces. Typically shops treat you like an inconvenience, when your looking for small amounts of slab. But I was met with very helpful and enthusiasm from the guy working at the time at stone pros. He showed me all the options that would work for what I was looking for, made me a very fair deal on a material. Then cut it and polished it right then and there.
