I brought in a dress for some alterations and they immediately got it without me saying anything and suggested one additional alteration but alerted me that it would be an extra £45 and suggested I get the shortening of hem and shoulder strap done and decide after. All done a week later, looks perfect and they allowed me to pick the dress up another week later as I was out and about and did not want to lug a dress around with me. Highly recommend for simple as well as more complicated stuff as they seem to understand their business! More...
