I went to Rebecca in March after serious shoulder problems through years of lifting weights, after the first session I was really impressed and my body instantly felt the benefits. I’ve used a number of sports massage therapists over the years to help with various muscle injuries and back problems. Since I’ve been visiting Rebecca at Stirling Sports Massage, I’ve seen a noticeable improvement with my (normal) niggling pains that occur from my daily workout routines. Rebecca is clearly very good at what she does and the knowledge she has been able to pass on with various stretches I should be doing before and after exercise, has really helped me avoid these niggling injuries I’m prone to get.
