I was looking to create a website so I could promote myself and my book and stumbled across Mr. Stillwell while on a google search. I looked up his portfolio and, not gonna lie, was a little thrown off by what I saw. His designs were unique and in your face and definitely not the route I thought I wanted to take. I wanted something clean and neat; something traditional. But the designs stuck with me throughout the day and I decided to contact him. After a few email exchanges and phone calls I knew I had found the one. Let me tell you, I am NOT an easy client. I’m very opinionated, picky, and ridiculously protective of my work. Despite this, Mr. Stillwell remained professional, polite, and patient while walking me through my concerns and really explaining to me the benefits of using his style. I am so glad I listened. I absolutely love my website and the way he brought my characters to life. I never would have thought up the ideas he brought forth. Because of this I instantly hired Mr. Stillwell to also design my book covers and business cards and I can’t tell you how many compliments I get for all of it. People love it! All in all, Mr. Stillwell has a real talent for taking ideas and turning them into something you didn’t know you needed. The number 1 factor is PROFITABILITY.

All of the other factors such as usability, function, and graphic design should support the number one goal which is to be profitable. Your website allows you to automate tedious and repetitive tasks that don't directly make you money so you can focus on what does. This includes capturing and following up with leads automatically so you can sort through potential customers that are the highest value to your business.

Your website is there to support your business and work tirelessly to generate cashflow. Beautiful design is a give, but it should only be there to support your goal of making more money.

Typically, if someone doesn't have much experience working with designers, they simply don't know what to expect or what to ask for. To combat this we conduct a brainstorming session with clients complete with examples to show clients what is possible and how competitors are using certain design features to their benefit. Since inexperienced business owners don't know what to do or what to ask for, we take the lead.

In other words, what we need is simply a phone consultation to find out what our client is actually trying to achieve before we move forward. The process isn't about us, it's about you and what you need. Sure, you may need a new website but what is it that you actually need that website to do? Once we figure out what you need, we develop a strategy to deliver that to you. We make suggestions but we don't force our ideas on you.
