I have been training with Stewart now for over a year.
When I first started we agreed a set of goals, which I achieved within 3 months.

In my consultation Stewart worked with me to set my initial and longer term goals. He supplied me with a nutritional plan which was easy to follow and effective.

My exercises have changed from Cardio, to a mix of cardio and resistance work, and each session is different, and challenging.

Stewarts knowledge and the depth he goes to to explain not only the exercise but the reasons for doing it and its benefits, bring motivation and understanding.

I have trained with all three of the trainers and they all give great motivation and understand how it feels to be the client and what it feels like working through the exercise and the stage of fitness I am at, as they have all been there.

I won't say that all of my sessions have been enjoyable, as they are not supposed to be, they are meant to be hard work. What they have been is focussed and beneficial.

Services

The consultation phase is for yourself and a member of our team to work out your goals and aspirations, as well as doing some primary health checks. In the consultation phase we like to carry out a variety of tests and assessments. Other than the resting heart rate and blood pressure tests, you do not have to complete any of the other tests or assessments if you do not wish to do so. I would advise client’s to do all the tests and assessments because it will help show how you have improved towards your goals and aspirations.

One-to-one training is where we will work with only yourself and help you strive towards your personal fitness goals and aspirations.

Partner training is where we will work with you and a friend, partner or relative. Whether it’s for personal fitness goals, to improve health and fitness or because you just want to have fun.

Every personal trainer knows that the key to getting the best results and reaching your goals in the quickest time comes from following great exercise and nutritional programmes.
