We booked Steve for a corporate graduation event, Steve arrived on time and was set up ready for the guests. Steve took fantastic pictures on arrival of the guests, of the award presentations and then some action shots throughout the night. Steve was recommended to us by a friend, we met him and saw his portfolio and really liked him as a person as well as being impressed by the quality of his images. We really liked his style too. We hired him for wedding photography but I know he also does other work too.On the wedding day Steve and his assistant / partner Claire were great. They worked with us and around the weather, across quite a few locations and really fitted into the day without overtaking it. It was good fun having them around at my parents house in the morning and they went over to see ben and his grooms party / family at the hotel. We have recently received the password to the online gallery and just LOVE the photos, we feel the ‘in the moment’ snaps really show the atmosphere and joy of the day and the more formal family shots as well and the photos of just Ben and I are perfect. Steve Hinson beautifully photographed our wedding in July 2018. He went above and beyond, he even showed up earlier than planned to the hair dressers, so that he could snap some getting ready photos with my 10 bridesmaids! ! To say his job was hard was a complete understatement, but he thrives under the pressure. Steve got to know us before the wedding through a pre appointment to gage what we wanted for our big day, he soon realised we wanted perfection, the pressure was on. But he sure did deliver. Its hard to put in to words how blown away we were by his work on our big day. I would highly recommend using Steve, we have used him on a few occasions now, firstly to take photos of our cats and then of our daughter. We wanted some photos taking of our children and ourselves, Steve suggested location and walked round with for most of the afternoon. I know from previous experience that some family portrait photographers get the job done as quickly as possible and cost a fortune!
