Fraud Company, Will provide false offer letter with a telephonic interview and organisation name will be modified in the offer letter

I have spoken to Steer Smooth Advisories for job in Canada. According to them they will provide job and company hiring me will apply for PR visa without using Express entry route. First they asked for Rs 4600( 4000+ 600 [taxes]) to evaluate my profile and check eligibility and I was successful. Then they scheduled a interview call for managerial position with a company in Canada. I passed the interview easily. The .NET technical questions asked were really simple and even school going children can answer these( e.g. What is the use of "static void main", can we use objects in static methods, difference between abstract and interface). I got the offer within next 4 days. The offer looked pretty lucrative as they will pay for my air tickets every-time I travel and rent of a three bedroom accommodation. But what looked strange in the offer letter is the role offered and domain used in the email id. I did extensive search on the company and checked their domain is different from the one mentioned in the email and also there is no such role defined in their organization.As per the Steer Smooth rules, after getting the offer, I need to pay nearly 1 lakh( including taxes) for further processing and I should not talk to company directly. But still I went ahead and called the company reception to verify the details of the HR person who sent me the offer letter and verify emailid from where email was sent and to my horror the HR person does not work for the company, email id is incorrect and the company does not hire overseas employees! Next day when I called SteerSmooth to counter, there were only exchange of slang, is this expected from a consultancy hiring Development Managers! I believe every person before paying an amount as big as 1 lakh would like to verify and that's what I did. My intention was not to bypass Steer Smooth and apply for company directly which I could have done before as well when I got Interview Invitation letter as company name was mentioned in the email, it was just to verify that I am not duped. They have sent me a legal notice also regarding the same because I connected with the organization directly! Let see how much I can fight back!

This review is connected with the above review written by me, i approached steer for job in canada, the lady who approched and started dealing with my case has no clues or proper information about the company profile, or their services, so she gave some misleading information which raised lot of doubts and confusion, so i did not proceed further, but 2days back MR . Abhay Singh (CRM) called me and explained and admitted that all this confusion happened because of the lady and her ignorance, but the way he explained the whole scenario was appreciable and very professional. He really got me convinced, and i am too. thanks MR.Abhay.
He also gave me assurance for getting things fixed up in 3-4 months if i am interested.
so i clarify that the issue raised by neligence and blunder of a person got resolved mutually.
