Just had out install with Will Morrison he was amazing, knowledgeable, friendly to us and the dogs, patient. and was able to answer all my questions. Left everything clean and made suggestions to better benefit us. I feel like I got more bang for my buck with the suggestions. The anxiety I had was immediately dismissed with his ability to show me and answer my concerns. What wonderful service! I will be telling all my friends and neighbors. We are very pleased with our invisible fence system. Alexa is incredibly professional and friendly. We had a glitch with our installation - our yard had many nuances to address to successfully contain our two large dogs - and she made certain it was addressed immediately (involved modifying the original install) and was deeply apologetic. Alexa followed up multiple times and made more visits to our home than most would to make sure we were happy with the system and that our boys were safely contained, free to play, and happy. Tyler and Kyle were fantastic! They were so professional. They explained everything and worked quickly. The training was very helpful and Tyler even gave me a few tips to help me with my puppy. She is my first dog ever so having some of my questions about training (outside of fence training) was incredibly appreciated. Very good experience with Stay Dog installation. Will Morrison was my installation technician and he was excellent. Prompt, professional, helpful and courteous. The installation was quick and the fence went in exactly where Will indicated per our walk through prior to him laying the wire. Will even did some brief training with my pup after he was finished. Invisible Fence by Stay Dog did an amazing job installing our underground fence and working with, and training, our three dogs. All three of our dogs have distinctly different personalities, and therefore their collar settings and training needs were different. Kelly was an amazing contact person and addressed all of my questions in detail, as well as adjusted to each of our dogs needs during multiple training sessions. Will was extremely diligent during the installation, and provided a thoughtful overview of the fence features during the initial training.
It has only been a short time having the new underground fence, and I hope that the long term results are as great as the initial experience. I am very optimistic!
I would highly recommend Invisible Fence by Stay Dog to keep your pups safe and in your yard. Please of mind, and your dogs safety, is certainly worth the investment. More...

Just had our fence put in today. Kyle and Mike were great to work with - very informative, easy to talk to, and they know there stuff. Installation was painless, didn’t take that long, but most importantly it looks really good. I was worried about how the lawn, driveway, and sidewalk would look but was shocked at how clean and honestly hardly noticeable it turned out to be. Time to let the training begin! More...

We have used invisible fence for five years, and our dogs never leave property. Mike is the most experienced handler, and was able to navigate wiring under asphalt and tricky spots around property. I have severed wire many times doing gardening projects, and Mike has always been able to fix it expeditiously. Very good company. More...

This is our first time using an invisible fence. In the past, I was very hesitant because I was worried it would hurt my dogs. Kelly put me at ease from the moment she came over for our initial consultation. She was very knowledgeable and professional.
The installation was seamless! Kyle was awesome! He walked around the yard with me helping me with the boundary. Once it was complete, we conducted our first training with the dogs. We just had our invisible fence installed today. Will was our service consultant and did a great job. We walked around the space talking about setting the perimeters.
