Fantastic, I cannot recommend enough! I always thought that I was pretty competent using social media before attending, but I learnt how very wrong I was. There's so much more to it, but not in a scary way. After attending Status Social's course, I now know how important it is to have a strategy in place as well as picking up loads of sneaky hints and tips so that it does not take up hours. Went on Facebook course on 14/10/14. Only really use Facebook for social activity and not business. It really opened my eyes, made me realise how little I knew. If you are going to use it for commercial activity you need to be ACTIVE and CONSISTENT with your input. It has given me plenty of ideas for which I need to put a plan of action together. I would recommend this course to anyone whether they think they know how to use Facebook or not!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More...

Fantastic Blogging for Business course! Picked up lots of great tips regarding how to write & post engaging content and strategy. Working for a charity its important for us to think of new and exciting ways to communicate with people, this course has definitely helped me think outside the box.

Attended a LinkedIn course today with Mark, I thought I knew quite a bit about this platform but was wrong. Mark's clear and concise presentation was very insightful and comprehensive. We had plenty of little giggles on the course which made the whole experience fun. The training Chris delivered for staff in the media and journalism department at The Sheffield College was excellent. It was exactly what we wanted and he managed to keep a load of teachers engaged for 7 hours!
We now feel much more confident about how we can use social media in our teaching and course development.

I recently attended a Facebook training course given by Mark, i can honestly say it was outstanding in every way. Marks knowledge of Facebook and how it works with its quirks and 'secrets' is second to none, from how to set up your page to sell products through it, how to create good visuals and even down to the difference between a 'Like' and a 'Love it' emoticon.
The biggest thing i took away from Mark was how easy it is to find content to post about, something which i, and suppose many others struggled with, especially loved the 'Find 10 pieces of content' test. I now can see content in most places i look.
I can thoroughly recommend Mark and all the team at Status Social, you will leave with a completely different outlook and a greater understanding of how Facebook etc works

The Twitter course was excellent! I only created my account last week and I am now confident enough to proceed. The course was well structured and being new to social media, I now have a good grounding! It is very easy to slip into bad habits and waste of lot time with non-targeted postings: the course really helps you stay focused! I have attended two Status Social courses now and both have been fantastic. I was a complete novice and now I'm very confident. Since the courses the way I use social media has changed dramatically, it has helped my customer service, SEO and generally changed the way I communicate and interact with both past, existing and future customers.
