Great Private Hire Service, they have there own App to take bookings on plus they do a points bonus. They do top rated Coach trips for our older folk. Which includes a taxi to pick you up & drop you to the coach stop then bring you back. Drivers are friendly & very polite. Once again star stepped in to save the day, after last minute issues with a pre arranged booking with a limo company. They sent a top of the range white merc to get my daughter to her prom night, definitely recommend them. and with executive cars costing only £25 extra. Quality service. A few weeks ago I was let down twice by the. T.O.A taxis I was at the pdsa and tryed star cars with help from the receptionist I called and asked if they would pick me up with my dog and they did I've got rhymathoid arthritis in my joints and had to walk from lozells to Witton thanks to the. Phoned a taxi for work earlier than usual due to the snow,msg told me it would be With me shortly,20minutes later which I understand because of the weather,a Lady phoned said an hour wait,which again I understood because of weather, 5minutes later she called to tell me my taxi was on way,Thank you Very much star & The lady who called you were fantastic and got me to work!!!!!
