As one knows, leaving a beloved pet at a kennel is always hard, but, here I was assured that my kitties would be safe. Looking at their double cat pens, I was amazed, it look luxuary(probably more luxurious than what we were going to stay in! !!). Our dog has stayed here three times now and when we drop him off, he is pulling on the lead to get in and never looks back. Very thorough and professional booking in service. What can I say AMAZING CAREING very TRUSTWORTHY team .I have been using them for nearly 30years . My dogs are so happy when they go there , they pull me down the drive and jump all over the team . I, and my annoying Scottie dog sister Maggie, have stayed here on several occasions. The staff are very friendly and the accommodations comfortable. I like the walks and there's plenty to do while I'm there. I get a wash before I go home. I'm not so enthusiastic about that but Mum and Dad are happy for it. My only real complaint is there's no billiard table or dart board at the bar - but they have all best beers. I'm likely to stay again - hopefully without my sister. More...

If I could give Star Boarding Kennels and all the staff 10 stars, I would!
We have taken our dogs to Star since 2004 and I would never go anywhere else.
Both our Labradors (our old boy Hugo and our new girl Ada) have always absolutely loved Star - getting super excited when they realise where they are going!
It's always been like a 'home away from home' for them; not only are they extremely well looked after, they are having a great time there too :-)
I can't recommend Star highly enough. Thank you so much for all your help and amazing service throughout the years.

Left my dog Breeze there, they showed a lot of care for her and asked questions about her diet needs. They have nice clean kennels with seperate runs so breeze could run for a few times a day.
