My friend who lives local recommended this place to me. We both have babies close in age and this setting allows them to be able to interact with each other, and also have a good chat! We use this place to catch up with each other every few weeks and are always happy to return. We have had a chat with a few staff members who are very friendly and welcoming. There is a wide selection of food, encouraging healthy snacking options. The coffees are very warming, and homemade chips are unique and delicious. Only criticisms I have is that the tables are often not cleared for quite a while, meaning we frequently have to "grab" an available table and clear it ourselves, along with the highchairs not always being clean. The baby area could do with updating and making it a bit more suitable for toddlers, not just babies, but the main play area is suitable for young tots too, if supervised by an adult. Fantastic service from these guys. Saved my daughters birthday party at very short notice. Brilliant recommendation from them for the mini cars and even had a spare bouncy castle on case I had asked for the wrong one for the venue. Could not recommend highly enough.

We hired a bouncy castle for our joint 3rd Birthday party in October. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful on the phone during booking and on the day. We originally asked for the castle to be indoors but on the day of the party the weather was good so we asked for it to be inflated outside instead. They were very accommodating and did this for us no problem. We hired the 'Little men midi bounce' castle which was perfect for younger children as it was safe and enclosed, but the children could still see out through the meshed sides. They all loved it. Staff delivered and collected the castle promptly and we're very helpful. We were very pleased with the bouncy castle and our whole experience. We hired the adults red and blue castle on Saturday the 27th of May..and even thought the guys had to rearrange times with us due to bad weather in the morning as it was for outside they were fantastic very apologetic and couldn't do enough for us, the children at our party could not care about the time once they knew they would have a castle to bounce on. . we all had a fantastic time on it and we couldn't thank the guys enough we would 100% use these guys again and we would highly recommend them� thank you again from Diane and Colin from ramsey mereside. We had an absolutely brilliant party! The toddler playzone was perfect for my 2 year old and they had loads of fun with the bigger bouncy castle too. Even had lots of soft play for little siblings! Such lovely people who try their very best for their customers. It was touch and go wether or not I could have a castle for my daughters birthday due to high winds. The bouncy castle itself was great quality and very professionally pegged down as it was a windy day.
