Met Rob and Russel today to fix a couple of issues around the house. One issue I was told by Rob it wasn’t an issue and showed me how to monitor it on my own, one issue was diagnosed and will be sorted in the next day or two, and the last one they said they will fix it now, left and came back within 10 minutes (literally) and fixed the issue! I cannot thank these guys enough. They are polite friendly and very knowledgeable. Nothing is to much trouble,everything was explained to me what they were doing and why. They worked around my tiler and us going out to work. They arrived on time, and also worked over their time to get the job done. Rob and Russell did an absolutely fantastic job of our recent bathroom renovation. Rob is very professional and can certainly be trusted to do a great job.

Rob always arrived at the time he said he would and all work was done efficiently, cleanly and to an extremely high standard and is faultless. He took time to listen to my endless questions and answered them offering helpful suggestions which resulted in our perfect bathroom.

Since being recommended to SR Plumbing by friends we will never have any plumbing work done by anyone else. We totally recommend SR Plumbing and Heating Telford in fact Rob and Russ are coming back next week to renovate our ensuite :)

Had our en-suite refurbished by SR Plumbing They did a great job, Rob and Russell did the ground work of ripping out and refitting ,electrics and plumbing then Mark the tiler came in and did a fantastic job,Mark the plasterer and the electrician are also excellent, between them they transformed a basic ensuite into a high end ensuite. .
We were so "over the moon" with the result that we had them come back and do our main bathroom,again another brilliant job ..
They were always punctual,no stopping for tea breaks,or going off the job,a very hard working team who we cannot recommend highly enough,would advise anyone thinking of getting a new bathroom give this company a call YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED.... More...

Rob and Russell did an excellent job of our bathroom renovation. Great Customer Service from the very start. The initial quote took off on a professional start. Rob arrived exactly at the time he arranged maintaining good communication.

The quote was thorough and methodical going over every aspect of our requirements down to the very last detail such as storage and even hooks for towels. One of the best quotes and consultation processes i have been through. The quote arrived in excellent time and Rob fitted us in around other work we are currently completing. Rob and Russ worked around other tradesmen and before we knew it they were consulting together to ensure that the two projects were running well and we would end up with exactly what we wanted.

The work was efficient, clean and to a quality standard i can only describe as perfection. I changed my mind and designs throughout the project and this was seamlessly accommodated by Rob and his team. Nothing was an issues and Rob also ran around telford ensuring that additional items i wanted were collected thus not to cause a delay.

The finish product as you can see from the images are a real pleasure. Rob,Russ i will never go anywhere else for Plumbing and Heating solutions. You and your company are very professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We are already planning our next stage of which you can expect another call from us.

If you are looking for a great quality workmanship with a friendly and approachable attitude then honestly don't gamble with other and use SR.

We have recently used SR Plumbing & Heating to update our en suite bathroom which they have transformed into the most amazing wet room. The job was a big one as we also needed a new pressurised cylinder fitting and therefore we were happy to trust the guys with some keys whilst we were on holiday and left them to get on with the task. Whilst we were away Rob kept us updated with pictures, videos and FaceTime calls which was nice because we felt like we were still very much part of what was going on whilst also sunbathing and avoiding the mess at home! Any decisions which needed to be made Rob dropped us a message and we had a chat but apart from that we didn't really need to get involved at all, even when the guys realised they needed extra tiles, they arranged this directly with the shop and we settled up with them later.
The quote was very reasonable and competitive and I'm very happy with what we got for the price we paid, so much so that when Rob came to check that we were happy with the work we asked him to measure up for our family bathroom! I would most definitely recommend the guys, all really pleasant and helpful and even happier that we now have a plumber we can rely on! More...
